I love how you animated not only shadows depending on time of day, but also hues.
The birds also add to the whole timelapse feeling.

Is it just me, or wings look like two big birds with long tail feathers?

The grainy shading was definitely a good choice.

There's a lot to like about this illustration: art style resembling ink and watercolor, great linework, emotions on characters faces, design and details on the bike, pterodactyl high in more than one sense...

I wouldn't be surprised to find this on manga cover from the 80's.
Toriyama would be proud.

For me it look like it's made of wood. Maybe fossilized one?
Mouth looks like a tree hollow covered with teeth made of chipping bark and tail like clumped together roots or vines.

I like how you depicted the water bubble and the shadow it's dropping on her face.
Also I find the umbrella / harpoon / wand thingy as an pretty clever idea.
